Northfold is a fictional shop for home goods from Berlin. It runs on WooCommerce 11.2.1 and Germanized 4.1.5 with the theme Leitvia in the style variation Corporate light, set up with the recipe Shop of Leitvia Studio.

What the demo shows

  • 24 products in four categories, two of them with variations, with attributes, upsells, cross-sells and reviews
  • Prices including 19 % VAT, shipping costs, unit price and delivery time next to every price, from Germanized
  • A page that compares products with the block Product comparison of Studio
  • A checkout with a demo payment method that ends at the order confirmation; orders, carts and accounts are deleted within 60 minutes and no email is sent
  • Order attribution, usage tracking and marketplace suggestions of WooCommerce switched off, so no cookie is set before a visitor adds a product to the cart

Patterns and blocks

Every pattern reads its colors, sizes and spacing from the roles of the design contract, so the same sections look different in each demo without a line of custom CSS.

Build a site like Northfold

Set it up on your own site in three steps:

  1. Install the theme, Leitvia Studio and WooCommerce; add Germanized for German price information.
  2. Apply the recipe Shop and its change package. It sets the shop header, a home page from the shop patterns, about, contact and the legal pages with placeholder text, and switches off the WooCommerce features that set cookies.
  3. Add your products and replace the placeholder text of the legal pages before you open the shop.
