The right of withdrawal applies to consumers who buy Leitvia Pro or an industry kit on leitvia.com. Independently of it, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee under section 9 of the terms applies.
Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MSRV Hosting und Service GbR, Parkstraße 19, 80339 München, Germany, phone +49-89-21550588-8, email support@cms-admins.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Leitvia Pro consists of digital content (the plugin with Pro blocks and industry kits, for download in the customer account) and digital services (customer account with team and saved design systems, updates, hub connector, fleet sync, unlocking of industry kits, white label depending on the plan, support).
- Digital content: your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the start of performance, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (section 356 (5) BGB).
- Digital services: your right of withdrawal expires when we have fully provided the service and you expressly agreed beforehand that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period (section 356 (4) BGB). With a running subscription this is usually not the case within the withdrawal period; if you withdraw, you then owe compensation as described in the last paragraph of the policy.
You give this consent and confirmation in the payment step with the second required checkbox. You cannot order without it, because we provide the access key, downloads and customer account right after payment.
The voluntary money-back guarantee is not affected: within 14 days of the purchase we refund the full amount even if the right of withdrawal has expired. An email is enough, or use the page Cancel contracts here. There you can also cancel any subscription without logging in.
